Geneva's specialty scene is compact but genuinely serious — Boréal has quietly roasted its own beans since 2009, and Corde, Utopia Coffee, and Coffee Window all run tight, rotating-roaster programs clustered around Eaux-Vives and Plainpalais. Universe Specialty Coffee, Birdie, and The Barista Lab add a newer, direct-sourcing edge, with My Little Cup and Horace Café rounding out a scene that's small but consistently high-floor.
