Fourth Wave (this website and the Android/iOS apps) is a specialty-coffee discovery product. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the apps.

Shop ratings, review counts, opening hours, and the maps themselves are sourced in part from the Google Maps Platform(Google LLC). Your use of that content and of any map on this site or in the apps is also governed by Google's own terms and policies:

Where Places content (ratings, review counts, hours) is shown without an accompanying Google map, we attribute it with the text "Google Maps" adjacent to the content, per Google's Places API attribution requirements.

The ranking you see — which shops surface first, the curated picks, the plain-language "why it ranks" explanations — is Fourth Wave's own scoring engine and editorial judgment, not Google's. See our Privacy Policy for what data we collect and how third-party services (including Google's) are used.

Fourth Wave is provided "as is." Shop information, hours, and travel-time estimates can be wrong or out of date — always confirm with the shop directly before relying on hours or availability for something time-sensitive.
